Why we exist

Indian weddings are among the most operationally intense events in the world. A single wedding can span many functions across several days, hundreds of guests, and dozens of vendors — all against a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. Yet most agencies still hold that complexity together with spreadsheets, endless WhatsApp threads, and sheer memory.

When the tools don't match the work, things slip. A vendor payment is missed. An RSVP count goes stale. The show flow lives in one person's head. Wed OS exists to change that — to give wedding professionals a single system that holds every detail, so nothing is lost and no one is left carrying it all alone.

Our approach

Every agency on Wed OS gets its own tenant-isolated workspace — your weddings, your guests, your vendors, and your data, kept separate from everyone else's. Inside it lives a connected set of modules: a Leads and CRM pipeline, a Weddings workspace with multi-function event planning, Guests and RSVP with a guest microsite, Vendors, Budget and GST invoicing, Show Flow and Itinerary, and team roles.

An AI Copilot runs alongside your team — drafting checklists, capturing meeting notes, and answering ask-anything questions — but it assists rather than replaces; the wedding stays firmly in your hands. And we are privacy-first by design: passport and ID scanning happens on-device, so sensitive guest documents never leave the phone.
