Getting started
New to Wed OS? Here's the quickest path from sign-in to your very first wedding.
1. Sign in
Use the credentials the Wed OS team sends you once your account has been provisioned.
2. Your workspace unlocks
As soon as your subscription is active, your agency's workspace opens up with all of its modules ready to use.
3. Create your first wedding
Add a wedding, lay out its functions, and start building in guests, vendors, budget, and the show flow.
4. Invite your team
Bring your planners and coordinators in from Team settings, and assign each person the right role.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get access?
Request access using the "Get Started" button on our homepage. The Wed OS team will provision your account and send you your sign-in details.
How is billing handled?
Wed OS is a paid subscription, billed securely through Razorpay. You can review and manage your subscription from your account.
Is guest ID data safe?
Yes. Passport and ID scanning happens entirely on-device — the images are read locally on the phone and are not uploaded to our servers.
How do I add team members?
Head to Team settings inside your workspace to invite teammates and set their roles and permissions.
